§1 Scope

These shipping terms apply to all orders placed via the www.v-iz.com platform. They apply to both digital content (access to the learning platform) and the physical delivery of accompanying course materials.

§2 Shipping of digital content

(1) Access to the learning platform is exclusively digital via Moodle.
(2) After successful payment, the user will receive an automated email with the individual access data within a maximum of 20 seconds.
(3) The access data is sent via an automated integration using Zapier and Google Gmail.
(4) Access to the learning platform is personal, non-transferable and technically protected.

§3 Shipping of physical content (course book)

(1) As part of the course package, the user receives a printed course book, which is sent by Hueber Verlag GmbH & Co. KG.

(2) The shipping data (name and address) will be sent once directly to the publisher via automated Gmail transmission and then stored.

(3) Shipping generally takes place within 2–5 business days of ordering. Shipping is the responsibility of the publisher.

§4 Shipping costs

(1) There are no shipping costs for digital content.
(2) Shipping costs for the course book are included in the total price of €299.99. There are no additional charges.

§5 Delivery area

Shipping of the timetable is currently limited to the Federal Republic of Germany. Shipping abroad is not possible.

§6 Retention of title

Until full payment is received, ownership of the course book remains with the provider or publisher. Distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

§7 Transport damage and delivery delays

(1) Obvious transport damage must be reported to the provider immediately by email to info@v-iz.de.
(2) In cases of loss or damage, the provider will request Hueber Verlag to provide a replacement.
(3) Delivery delays due to force majeure, operational disruptions, strikes or shipping damage are beyond the control of the provider.
