Video Language Course – Module 3 (A2.1)

With Module 3 (A2.1), you will deepen your knowledge and learn to express yourself more confidently in a variety of everyday situations. At V-IZ, you learn online just like in a real classroom – with an officially certified BAMF teacher, course book, and matching exercises – only much more flexible and individual.
Contents of Module 3

Work and Career:
Talk about jobs, working hours, and career plans; understand job advertisements and write simple applications. -
Health and Nutrition:
Describe symptoms, talk to a doctor, explain medications, and discuss healthy eating and exercise. -
Leisure and Travel:
Plan trips, describe experiences and memories, talk about free-time activities, and make recommendations. -
Housing and Neighborhood:
Describe apartments, understand rental ads, and talk about household issues or problems with neighbors. -
Shopping and Services:
Shop in stores or online, describe clothing and products, compare prices, and handle exchanges or complaints. -
Media and Communication:
Write short emails and messages, communicate basic information by phone or online. -
Additionally:
Topic-specific vocabulary and expressions, grammar summaries, and self-assessment checklists. -
Grammar & Functions:
Perfect tense of regular and irregular verbs, separable verbs, two-way prepositions (in, on, at …), subordinate clauses with because and that, adjective endings (nominative/accusative), use of the dative, and comparative forms of adjectives.

Your Result
After completing Module 3 (A2.1), you will have reached the first half of level A2.
You can now communicate independently in familiar everyday situations and handle simple conversations.
To complete the full A2 level and prepare for recognized exams such as telc Deutsch A2 or the Goethe-Zertifikat A2, you will continue with Module 4 (A2.2).
All content follows the Schritte plus Neu course book and focuses on real-life communication, work, and integration.

Why V-IZ?

We developed this project as a complementary offer to our existing integration courses, which we have been successfully running in Germany (Heilbronn) for over 20 years. Drawing on the experience of countless classroom courses and the support of certified BAMF teachers, we created a completely new learning format: flexible, practical, and still closely aligned with the official curriculum.
